It's Wind Chill Time

No, this isn't a current weather photo. I took it back in February 2004. We don't usually get that much snow this early in the season. However, it does get pretty cold as you can see from tonight's forecast:

Colder. Partly cloudy. Lows around 5. Northwest winds less than 10 mph. Lowest wind chill readings 12 below to 4 above zero after midnight.

That is so funny. I took a similar picture this year but forgot to post it with my other snow pics. I love the way snow piles up on deck tables and chairs like that...its fantastic! Hard to believe we got snow here before you got any there.

Carl - You have some great snow pictures, too. I'm sure we'll get our share of severe winter weather after the New Year. That's usually when it seems to happen, although I do remember a miserably cold and snowy Christmas a few years ago.

Bellezza - I love snow, too, but only when it's fresh and pretty. I hate it when it gets to that ugly, dirty stage. I'm anxious for our first really snowfall this year.

Glad you enjoyed the pictures!

Camplin - Thank you! And thanks for stopping by my blog. I don't post to this anymore, so it was a surprise to see a comment after all these months! :)
