First Snowfall

Yep. We had snow on Saturday. It even stuck to the deck railing and patio furniture for a little while. Thank goodness there wasn't a lot and what did fall was gone after an hour or so. Of course, there wasn't anything significant to photograph, so you're stuck with another autumnal picture. This is on the boulevard a few streets south of our house. It turned out to be a gorgeous day and we had a lovely walk along the bike trail in spite of the chilly temps and wind. Brrr.....

Thanks, Nancy. I have more. Just haven't gotten thing uploaded yet. It was almost 80 yesterday and feels more like summer than fall!

Wow. Snow? I envy you the red leaves. Still waiting for them to change here. But I did get to see some pretty autumn colours in Victoria so that was nice. :)

Nat, I noticed those pretty autumnal colors in your Victoria pics. We are still enjoying the pretty reds, oranges and yellows. They're not as vibrant as I expect you'd see on the East Coast, but they sure are pretty. Especially during that "golden hour" in the evening. Pictures just don't do it justice (at least mine don't!). BTW, the snow was very short-lived. The following weekend we had temps in the high 70s. Felt like summer all over again.
