Bike Trail

The bike trail was fairly busy yesterday and today. Temps have been steady at 92. Hardly seems like autumn, but before we know it, we'll be knee deep in snow. Could be sooner than later. Seems to me, Halloween was cancelled (ok, postponed) in 1991 due to an early snowstorm. Personally, I don't mind if it holds off until December 22nd (when Amy comes home from Texas for the holidays).

Oh, les, your bike trail captures my heart. There's no sport I love more than being on my bike on the prairie path, except maybe canoeing on the lake. When I first saw your picture, I took an intake of breath, literally.

Bellezza, I love my bike trail, too. I'm usually out on it at least 5 days a week. Rod and I try to walk after work and I try to go for a long (hour) walk on the weekends and on the nights he teaches. I love to see how the landscape changes throughout the year. I'm looking forward to posting some snowy/icy shots in a few more months. I sure wish I had a kayak (I prefer them over canoes) with a lake nearby! I love being out on the water.
